FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend all the sessions for the Workshop ?

Yes you must attend all the sessions of the Workshop to complete learning the full practice to be able to do it at home independently. We teach different Hatha yoga practices some of workshops have a total class duration of 6 – 7 hours with certain practices taking 10+ hours. Therefore the workshops are designed over 3 or 4 sessions.

Will my workshop take place if i signed up?

We need a minimum of 5 people for the Workshop to take place.

My English is not so good, will I be able to understand what’s happening in the class?

Your teacher is fluent in German as well as English. At the moment we are not officially scheduling German classes but we can still accomodate people who are not fluent with the English language. In these cases participatnts can be guided with German Instructions when needed in the class, we recommend to call us and let us decide if you need a German class or an English class can suffice.

Why do I need so many hours to learn a Yoga practice?

These Hatha Yoga practices are meticulously designed by Sadhguru and are very detailed in structure. You will learn the practice step by step which requires a good duration of time and therefore we need those many hours to teach one Hatha Yoga practice.

Why does my Yoga Teacher need to know of my medical condition ?

It is very important to share your past medical history or a prevailing medical condition so that we can guide you accordingly, and if we need to give you some alternative practice which is more suitable for you than we can guide you towards the same.

Can I book a correction or a review session in future ?

We do correction sessions on an hourly charge and you can come for as many as you like. The correction sessions are only to bring the finer aspects in your practice when you are already thorough with the rest of the practice.

Will I receive any paperwork as support ?

Yes you will be receiving a Handout for the practice in the last session of the Workshop.

Do I get any support after the practice has been taught ?

Yes you can write to your teacher and get her support if you have any doubts about the practice.

Can I come for 1 session in the first week and for the second session in a few days?

No, the practices have to be taught in consecutive sessions, which means you can either learn them intensive over the weekend or come over a stretch of 3-4 days and learn them but we cannot have a days gap between the session. The practices are designed by Sadhguru and are taught in a specific structure to ensure the best experience and learning process for the participants.

Why does it cost so much ?

This is not a regular Yoga Class, your teacher is a highly trained with 1750 hours of teacher training which is the highest in the world. We also teach you for a minimum of 6-7 hours or a maximum of 10 plus hours to just be able to teach that practice. We are not a Yoga Studio where you need to come regularly we equip you with the tools of the practice so that you are able to practice in the comfort of your home.

I like to come for the class twice a week for a month!!

We have not opened up this option yet, but even to be able to commit to that, the first step would be to have learnt the practice in a workshop format, we can then assist you by Guiding you for the practices in the presence of a Hatha Yoga Teacher and you can then visit on a weekly basis. You can express your interest about the same to your teacher.

Can I pay cash on arrival since I chose that option?

This option becomes invalid as soon as the workshop is full, the seats are then only confirmed with a payment received beforehand through a bank transfer or twint.
