Ich habe mich immer gefragt, wie Menschen einfach sitzen und ihren Geist zur Ruhe bringen k\u00f6nnen. Das war damals meine weitreichende Erkenntnis oder Schlussfolgerung \u00fcber Meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Erst als ich im Jahr 2015 zum ersten Mal mit meinen Isha-Praktiken begann, bekam ich eine Ahnung davon, was Meditation wirklich ist. Nicht nur meine Illusionen \u00fcber Mediation ver\u00e4nderten sich, sondern ich erfuhr eine ganz neue Dimension in mir selbst. Es war, als h\u00e4tte ich eine neue T\u00fcr ge\u00f6ffnet, um mich mit meinem h\u00f6heren inneren Selbst anzufreunden, und jedes Mal war es, als w\u00fcrde unsere Freundschaft tiefer, st\u00e4rker und magischer werden. Und jetzt sind wir beste Kumpel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Ich kann jetzt buchst\u00e4blich \u00fcberall und unter allen Umst\u00e4nden sein, und alles, was ich tun muss, ist, mich hinzusetzen und die Augen zu schlie\u00dfen, um diese tiefe Dimension in mir selbst zu erreichen und mit diesem Freund zusammen zu sein, so lange ich das m\u00f6chte.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Diese Verbindung zu einer h\u00f6heren Bewusstseinsebene half mir, die materialistische Lebensweise zu durchschauen und gab mir ein neues Gef\u00fchl der Klarheit und Wahrnehmung, das meinem Leben insgesamt einen neuen Sinn gab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Ich stehe in der Schuld meines Ewigen Vaters Sadhguru, dass er in meinem Leben erschienen ist, meine Hand gehalten hat und auf diesem Lebensweg immer pr\u00e4sent war.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\">Dies war meine sehr einfach erz\u00e4hlte Erfahrung der Mediation f\u00fcr alle, die Meditation f\u00fcr eine phantastische Erfahrung halten.
